As a Partner of Educating Teens about HIV/AIDS, Inc., I/We agree to the following:

  1. To adopt the four (4) primary goals of Educating Teens about HIV/AIDS, Inc.:
    1. To spearhead a community effort to educate teenagers about the impact of HIV/AIDS.
    2. To encourage teenagers to make informed decisions about engaging in sexual activities.
    3. To promote abstinence as a way of preventing contraction of HIV/AIDS.
    4. To encourage the practice of safe sex for those who are sexually active.
  2. To recognize/observe the month of March as Educating Teens about HIV/AIDS Month.
  3. To ask community leaders to proclaim the month of March as, Educating Teens about HIV/AIDS Month.
  4. To provide prevention education programming to youth, and the community through various means.
  5. To report activities and evaluation results to the national office.

Introductory partnership rate only $25.00 through June 30, 2008 (Partners are listed on website)
